The TRESTLE LUXE Anterior Cervical Plating System is a temporary device used to stabilize the cervical spine during bone fusion development. Device implants include a range of plate sizes and bone screws to provide the versatility required for the specific indications noted. Fixation is achieved by means of a rigid plate that is surgically attached to the spine with bone screws. The TRESTLE LUXE Anterior Cervical Plating System is intended for use in the anterior cervical spine (C2-C7). Patients with trauma (including fractures), spondylolisthesis, and pseudoarthrosis, degenerative disc disease (defined as back pain of discogenic origin with degeneration of the disc confirmed by history and radiographic studies), spinal stenosis, tumors, and failed previous fusion.

Product Usage: Boston Scientific cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillators (CRT-Ds) are indicated for patients with moderate to severe heart failure who remain symptomatic despite stable, optimal heart failure drug therapy and have left ventricular dysfunction and QRS duration > or equal to 120 ms. This family of pulse generators provide a variety of therapies including: -Ventricular tachyarrhythmia therapy, which is used to treat rhythms associated with sudden cardiac death such as VT and VF; -Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy (CRT), which treats heart failure by resynchronizing ventricular contractions through biventricular electrical stimulation; -Bradycardia pacing, including adaptive rate pacing, to detect and treat bradyarrhythmias and to provide cardiac rate support after defibrillation therapy.
