Zestaw Standaryzowanych Krwinek Wzorcowych Opłaszczonych do kontroli BTA (SKWO-BTA) zawiera następujące preparaty: • Standaryzowane Krwinki Wzorcowe O RhD+ opłaszczone przeciwciałami anty-D (SKWO+), • Standaryzowane Krwinki Wzorcowe O RhD- opłaszczane przeciwciałami anty-D (SKWO-). Liczba RBC w poszczególnych preparatach wynosi 0,92-1,15 mln/µl (rozcieńczenie zawiesiny krwinek 25% +/- 2%). Przed użyciem krwinki zestawu SKWO-BTA należy przemyć zbuforowanym fizjologicznym roztworem soli o pH 6,9 (PBS) i sporządzić 3-4% zawiesiny.
