The main compound of the CelMat is biocellulose, which is entirely natural material with non-toxic, non-irritable with non-allergenic, and bioderadable properties. The characteristic features of the dressing are: flexibility, high mechanical endurance and extremly high hydration. CelMat dressings creates a proper moist environment that promotes the healing process and provides a cooling effect important for comfort and pain relief. The addition of sodium hyaluronate has a positive effect on the degree of hydration of the skin, creates a protective layer on the epidermis, makes the skin more elastic and supports its reconstruction.
