Sequa®Cel CMC Dressing is a sterile nonwoven wound dressing composed of 100% Carboxymethyl Cellulose (CMC) fibers. The Sequa®Cel CMC Dressing is highly absorbent, conformable and wet integral. As wound exudates are absorbed, the CMC fibers form a soft gel which assists to keep a moist environment to support the wound healing process and promote the removal of nonviable tissue from the wound, without damaging newly formed tissue
