Device Description
The single use BioGuard air/water valve (4-piece) is used to control the air / water function of an endoscope during GI endoscopic procedures. The single use BioGuard suction valve is used to control the suction function of an endoscope during GI endoscopic procedures. The single use BioShield biopsy valve is used to cover the opening to the biopsy/suction channel of the gastrointestinal endoscope. The BioShield biopsy valve provides access for endoscopic device passage and exchange, helps maintain insufflation, minimizes leakage of biomaterial from the biopsy port thought the endoscopic procedure and provides access for irrigation. The single use Torrent irrigation scope connector is used in conjunction with the Torrent irrigation tubing to provide irrigation via irrigation fluids such as sterile water supplied during gastrointestinal endoscopic procedures when used in conjunction with an irrigation pump (or electrosurgical unit).

| 62145 | Endoscopic biopsy valve, single-use | A device intended to be fitted to an endoscope biopsy port to enable access for/exchange of endoscopic devices while maintaining insufflation and minimizing leakage of biomaterial during an endoscopic procedure. It is typically in the form of a small attachment with an elastomer seal; it may include features to allow for simultaneous irrigation/biopsy, or to allow suction via the biopsy port. This is a single-use device. | No | Active |
| 60738 | Endoscopic insufflation tubing set, single-use | A collection of flexible tubing intended to channel medical gas [e.g., carbon dioxide (CO2), medical air] from its source into a body cavity for insufflation during endoscopy (e.g., gastrointestinal endoscopy, laparoscopy, arthroscopy). It includes synthetic polymer tubing and associated connectors; it may in addition be intended for endoscopic lens drying, and may include additional tubing for delivery of a sterile irrigation solution for endoscopic irrigation. This is a single-use device. | No | Active |
| 60760 | Endoscope channel support kit | A collection of sterile devices intended to be fitted to multiple endoscope working channels/ports to enable an endoscope operator control the function of the working channels/ports and prevent retrograde flow of fluids, gases, and other materials. It typically includes an endoscopic suction valve, an endoscopic air/water valve, and an endoscopic biopsy valve. This is a single-use device. | No | Active |
