IT WAS REPORTED THAT AIR BUBBLES WERE OBSERVED WITHIN THE INFUSION SET TUBING. CUSTOMER'S BLOOD GLUCOSE LEVEL RANGED BETWEEN 210-379 MG/DL. CUSTOMER WAS INSTRUCTED TO PRIME THE TUBING TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE.
