BURNS DISCOVERED ON RIGHT AND LEFT UPPER CHEST AREA UNDER TRANSCUTANEOUS MONITOR SITE. BACITRACIN ORDERED. RESPIRATORY WAS CHANGING SITES EVERY 4 HRS. NURSING TOOK OVER AND CHANGED SITES EVERY 2 HRS.
