    WHILE LOWERING THE BED TO UNLOAD A PATIENT, THE TABLE TOP TILTED AND SLAMMED BACK DOWN. THE BED THEN MECHANICALLY DROPPED APPROXIMATELY 30CM. THE TABLE WAS IMMEDIATELY TAKEN OUT OF SERVICE PENDING SERVICE.
