    DURING RADICAL MASTOIDECTOMY FOR RIGHT AURAL ATRESIA REPAIR, THE RIGHT FACIAL NERVE WAS DAMAGED. THE BIPOLAR PROBE ON THE NERVE MONITOR WAS FOUND TO BE FAULTY.
