    THERE WAS A SUDDEN FAILURE OF AN E-CYLN OF CALIBRATION GAS (UNOPENED). THE CYLINDER HAD A HIGH PRESSURE LEAK AT THE POINT WHERE THE "POST" ENTERS THE BODY OF THE TANK. THERE WAS A SMALL AMOUNT OF RUST IN THE AREA.
