    (B)(4). THE DENTIST REPORTED 1 MONTH AFTER THE DENTAL IMPLANT WAS INSTALLED IN THE PATIENT'S MOUTH IT WAS VERIFIED ITS NON OSSEOINTEGRATION. THE IMPLANT WAS CARRIED OUT IMMEDIATELY.
