    IT WAS REPORTED THAT THE PUMP'S BATTERY WOULD NOT CHARGE. SUBSEQUENTLY, THE PUMP STOPPED ALL INSULIN DELIVERY. THERE WAS NO IMPACT TO THE CUSTOMER'S BLOOD GLUCOSE LEVEL.
