    DURING A CASE, A PT UNDERGOING ORAL (DENTAL) SURGERY WAS WITHOUT OXYGEN FOR TEN TO FIFTEEN MINUTES. THE USER WAS UTILIZING SEVOFLURANE AT 6%. IT WAS REPORTED THAT THE PT HAD BRAIN ANOXIA.
