CUSTOMER REPORTED HAVING RECEIVED AN UNEXPECTED RESTART ALARM DURING PRIMING. CUSTOMER STATED THAT THE DRIVE SUPPORT CAP IS STICKING OUT. CUSTOMER'S BLOOD GLUCOSE READING WAS 310 MG/DL. ADVISED DISCONTINUATION OF THE INSULIN PUMP. NOTHING FURTHER REPORTED.
