IT WAS REPORTED THAT THE BUTTONS ON THE INSULIN PUMP ARE UNRESPONSIVE. CUSTOMER'S BLOOD GLUCOSE LEVEL AT THE 108MG/DL. TROUBLESHOOTING OCCURRED. NO ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WAS PROVIDED.
