IT WAS REPORTED THAT DURING AN IMPLANT PROCEDURE, AFTER THE LEAD WAS IMPLANTED, THE THRESHOLD WAS TOO HIGH. THIS LEAD WAS REMOVED AND ANOTHER LEAD WAS IMPLANTED. NO PATIENT COMPLICATIONS HAVE BEEN REPORTED AS A RESULT OF THIS EVENT.
