CUSTOMER'S NURSE REPORTED THAT THE INSULIN PUMP RETURNED A MOTOR ERROR ALARM AND A NO DELIVERY ALARM. TROUBLESHOOTING COULD NOT BE DONE BECAUSE NURSE WAS UNABLE TO VERIFY CUSTOMER INFORMATION. BLOOD GLUCOSE LEVEL WAS NOT PROVIDED. NO FURTHER INFORMATION WAS PROVIDED.
