CUSTOMER REPORTED RECEIVING A WEAK BATTERY ALARM ON THE INSULIN PUMP. CUSTOMER REPLACED THE BATTERIES AND RECEIVED A FAILED BATTER TEST. CUSTOMER'S BLOOD GLUCOSE READING AT THE TIME OF THE CALL WAS 349 MG/DL AND WAS TREATED WITH A SYRINGE. NO FURTHER INFORMATION REPORTED.
