IT WAS REPORTED THAT THE CUSTOMER HAD NORMAL BLOOD GLUCOSE LEVELS. NO EXACT BLOOD GLUCOSE LEVELS WERE PROVIDED. THE CUSTOMER REPORTED THAT THE DRIVE SUPPORT CAP OF THE INSULIN PUMP WAS LOOSE AND STICKING OUT. NO ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WAS PROVIDED.
