IT WAS REPORTED THAT THE CUSTOMER WAS EXPERIENCING HIGH BLOOD GLUCOSE LEVELS. CUSTOMER VERIFIED DRIVE SUPPORT CAP IS RECESSED. ADVISED RESERVOIR MAY BE OCCLUDED. CUSTOMER'S BLOOD GLUCOSE LEVEL WAS 447 MG/DL AT TIME OF REPORTING. NOTHING FURTHER REPORTED.
