IT WAS REPORTED THAT THE INSULIN PUMP ALARMED BUTTON ERROR. THE BLOOD GLUCOSE READING WAS 260 MG/DL. NO SIGNIFICANT EVENTS LEADING TO THE ALARM WERE OBSERVED. ADVISED REPLACEMENT OF THE INSULIN PUMP. NOTHING FURTHER REPORTED.
