    DURING A TONSILLECTOMY PROCEDURE, THE MECHANISM THAT CONTROLS THE LOCK ON THIS MOUTH GAG WAS NOT WORKING CORRECTLY AND A CRACK COULD BE SEEN. ANOTHER GAG WAS USED TO SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE THE PROCEDURE.
