RECEIVED INFO REGARDING MULTIPLE CARTRIDGE ALARMS (CARTRIDGE ALARM 19) WITH MULTIPLE CARTRIDGES DURING THE LOAD PROCESS. CUSTOMER'S BLOOD GLUCOSE LEVEL WAS NOT IMPACTED. REPORTEDLY, THERE WERE SCRATCHES AROUND THE O-RING NEAR THE PNEUMATIC TAP.
