CUSTOMER REPORTED A BUTTON ERROR ALARM ON THE INSULIN PUMP. THE CUSTOMERS BLOOD GLUCOSE LEVEL WAS 83 MG/DL. THE CAUSE OF THE BUTTON ERROR ALARM IS UNKNOWN. THE CUSTOMERS PUMP HAS BEEN REPLACED. NO FURTHER INFORMATION WAS PROVIDED.
