RECEIVED INFORMATION REGARDING A CARTRIDGE ALARM 1 DURING BOLUS DELIVERY. REPORTEDLY, THERE WAS A SMALL STRESS CRACK TOWARDS THE BOTTOM OF THE CARTRIDGE. CUSTOMER'S BLOOD GLUCOSE LEVEL WAS NOT IMPACTED.
