A GE SERVICE REP PERFORMED AN ON SITE INVESTIGATION. THE FLUOROSCOPIC PEDAL WAS EVALUATED AND REPLACED. THE SYSTEM WAS TESTED AND FOUND TO BE WORKING AS INTENDED AND PUT BACK INTO SERVICE.
