Description of Event or Problem · 1

CUSTOMER REPORTED THAT SHE HAD BLOOD GLUCOSE OF 160 MG/DL. CUSTOMER STATED THAT HER INSULIN PUMP WAS NOT WORKING CORRECTLY, IT WAS ALARMING MOTOR ERROR DURING PRIMING. NOTHING FURTHER WAS REPORTED.
