BOSTON SCIENTIFIC RECEIVED INFORMATION THAT THE LEFT VENTRICULAR (LV) LEAD WAS DISLODGED. LV LEAD WAS REPLACED. THE LV LEAD WAS EXPLANTED. NO ADVERSE PATIENT EFFECTS WERE REPORTED.
