    FAILURE ANALYSIS REVEALED THAT THE INSULIN PUMP WAS UNABLE TO PRIME DURING THE PRIME TEST AS A RESULT OF A PROTRUDED/LOOSE DRIVE SUPPORT DISK. THE DEVICE HAD SCRATCHED SCREEN, CRACKED DISPLAY WINDOW CORNERS, CRACKED RESERVOIR TUBE LIP, MISSING END CAP STICKER.
