A CUSTOMER REPORTED MULTIPLE SYSTEM MESSAGES DISPLAYED, AND THE SCREEN TURNED BLUE DURING A CATARACT PROCEDURE. THE CASE WAS COMPLETED BY MANUAL IRRIGATION/ASPIRATION. THERE WAS NO HARM TO THE PATIENT.
