    FAILURE ANALYSIS REVEALED THAT THE INSULIN PUMP WAS UNABLE TO PRIME DURING THE PRIME TEST AS A RESULT OF A PROTRUDED/LOOSE DRIVE SUPPORT DISK. THE DEVICE HAD SCRATCHED DISPLAY WINDOW AND CRACKED DISPLAY WINDOW CORNER.
