    IT WAS REPORTED VIA REPAIR WORK ORDER THAT THE ZOOM ALLEGEDLY WAS NOT FUNCTIONING CORRECTLY AND A NURSE PINNED ANOTHER NURSE BETWEEN THE WALL AND THE BED. THE TECHNICIAN COULD NOT DUPLICATE ANY ZOOM ISSUES. IT WAS REPORTED THAT THE NURSE ALLEGEDLY REQUIRED PHYSICAL THERAPY FOR THE INJURIES
