IT WAS REPORTED THAT WITHIN A WEEK AFTER IMPLANT, THE IMPLANTABLE CARDIAC MONITOR DEVICE WAS UNDERSENSING PREMATURE VENTRICULAR CONTRACTIONS (PVCS). THE DEVICE REMAINS IN USE. NO PATIENT COMPLICATIONS HAVE BEEN REPORTED AS A RESULT OF THIS EVENT.
