    IT WAS REPORTED THAT DURING AN EXTRACTION PROCEDURE AT THE USER FACILITY THE CORE IMPACTION DRILL WAS OVERHEATING. THE PROCEDURE WAS COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY WITHOUT A CLINICALLY SIGNIFICANT DELAY; NO ADVERSE CONSEQUENCES OR MEDICAL INTERVENTION WERE REPORTED.
