    A STRONG, FOUL ODOR WAS IN ROOM FOR 2 WEEKS. IT WAS DIFFICULT TO ASCERTAIN THE CAUSE AND LOCATION. IT WAS IDENTIFIED AS COMING FROM A BURNED AXIAL CAPACITOR USED INTERNALLY IN A RADIOLOGY EQUIPMENT.
