    WHILE SURGEONS ATTEMPTED TO PERCUTANEOUSLY FIX A WRIST FRACTURE, DRILL BIT AND THE TIP BROKE OFF IN THE PT'S WRIST. THE CASE WAS THEN CHANGED TO AN OPEN CASE TO FIND AND REMOVE THE BROKEN TIP.
