    ANESTHESIA GAS SCAVENGING UNIT NOT WORKING PROPERLY. SEVERAL EMPLOYEE'S BECAME LIGHTHEADED AND HAD TO LEAVE THE OR. THE SCAVENGING UNIT WAS LATER REPAIRED BY BIOMEDICAL ENGINEERING.
