    THE DEALER STATES THE CONCENTRATOR WILL TURN ON FOR A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME THEN IT WILL POWER DOWN ON ITS OWN. ONCE IT POWERS OFF BY ITSELF THE CONCENTRATOR WILL NOT TURN BACK ON RIGHT AWAY.
