IT WAS REPORTED THAT DURING A LAPAROSCOPIC CHOLECYSTECTOMY PROCEDURE, THE SURGEON FEELS THAT THE DEVICE WAS NOT SUITABLE AFTER BEING FAMILIAR WITH ER320. HE STATED IT FELT CHEAP AND THAT THE CLIPS HAD NO SECURITY. ANOTHER DEVICE WAS USED TO COMPLETE THE PROCEDURE. THERE WERE NO ADVERSE CONSEQUENCES FOR THE PATIENT. ONE DEVICE WAS DISCARDED.
