THIS COMPLAINT IS BEING REPORTED BECAUSE THE REPORTED ISSUE WAS NOT RESOLVED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING. THERE WAS NO INDICATION THAT THE PRODUCT CAUSED OR CONTRIBUTED TO AN ADVERSE EVENT.
