CUSTOMER REPORTED THAT SHE HAD HIGH BLOOD GLUCOSE AND THAT THE INSULIN PUMP DRIVE SUPPORT CAP IS PROTRUDING OUT, THE INSULIN SQUIRTING OUT DURING THE MANUAL PRIME AND IT ALARMING. NOTHING FURTHER WAS REPORTED.
