    IT WAS REPORTED THAT THE CORE IMPACTION DRILL HEATED UP, SPARKED AND SMOKE CAME OUT DURING A CASE. THERE WAS NO PATIENT OR USER INJURY REPORTED AND NO ADVERSE CONSEQUENCES ALLEGED WITH THIS EVENT.
