    IT WAS REPORTED THAT CUSTOMER NOTICED A RESERVOIR LEAK. THE INSULIN PUMP ALSO ALARMED MOTOR ERROR. CUSTOMER UNABLE TO DETECT WHERE THE INSULIN WAS LEAKING FROM. NOTHING FURTHER REPORTED.
