    PT WITH HISTORY OF RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS AND DEGENERATIVE JOINT DISEASE UNDERWENT A RIGHT TOTAL SHOULDER ARTHROPLASTY. THE TIP OF A 2.5 MM DRILL BIT BROKE OFF DURING THE PROCEDURE. IT WAS FLUOROSCOPICALLY IDENTIFIED AND IMMEDIATELY REMOVED.
