    IT WAS REPORTED BY SERVICE REPORT THAT THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN FOUND DURING A STRETCHER SURVEY A FOOT REST PAD COVER WAS CRACKED AND HAD HOLES IN IT WITH SIGNS OF FLUID INTRUSION.
