    THE INSULIN PUMP WAS RECEIVED WITH A BROKEN BELT CLIP SLOT. THE INSULIN PUMP HAD A LOOSE MOTOR SUPPORT DISK. THE INSULIN PUMP ALSO HAD A MISSING END CAP STICKER. NO CRACKS WERE FOUND ON THE CASING.
