(B)(6) - IT WAS REPORTED BY THE CONSUMER THAT THE XPO100B PORTABLE CONCENTRATOR WOULD INTERMITTENTLY LOGOFF AFTER LOGIN FOR ABOUT SECONDS, ALTHOUGH, THE BATTERY WAS FULLY CHARGED. THERE WAS NO PATIENT INJURY REPORTED.
