    THE CUSTOMER REPORTED THAT THE INSULIN PUMP ALARMED MOTOR ERROR AND BATTERY ALARM. ADVISED THE CUSTOMER THAT THE INSULIN PUMP WOULD BE REPLACED AND REVERT TO BACK UP PLAN. NO FURTHER INFORMATION WAS PROVIDED.
