THE PATIENT ASKED TO HAVE HER SYSTEM EXPLANTED AND HER HCP SCHEDULED HER FOR HER REQUESTED COMPLETE SYSTEM EXPLANT. THERE WAS NO PATIENT INJURY OR ADVERSE EVENT.
