    CUSTOMER REPORTED THAT THE INSULIN PUMP ALARMED MOTOR ERROR. TROUBLESHOOTING WAS PERFORMED, AND THE INSULIN PUMP FAILED THE DISPLACEMENT TEST. NOTHING FURTHER WAS REPORTED.
